How to get a refund

  1. Take a FULL PAGE screenshot of the error ***Account name, account balance, gift card code, link, and error message must be fully visible on the screenshot.
  2. To report a bad card, visit the swaps page, click on your card and submit a screenshot: https://app.redeeem.com/#/swaps 
  3. You will be emailed a RGC credit you can use to make a replacement purchase.

Amazon policy:
You have 5 minutes after you purchase a card to report an error.

Walmart, BestBuy, eBay policy:

You have 45 minutes after you purchase a card to report an error.

Fraud Warning:

If our system detects any fraudulent behavior for false reporting, we have the right to immediate remove you from the Redeeem platform.
